Making delicious recipes packed with fresh ingredients and full of flavour, yet accessible for the average office worker or busy family. Food for the Soul was Lucy’s first cookbook followed by Cook for the Soul which was released in 2022. 

Lucy left her career in pharmaceutical sales in Australia to pursue her passion with food, with many of the dishes heavily influenced by Sydney’s brunch and cafe culture. Lucy’s philosophy is all about finding moments – whether you have 20 minutes or two hours to spare – to pause, regroup, and share the joy delicious homecooked dishes, fresh ingredients and good times
